Sun, 4/22- Baked manicotti, salad, French bread

Mon, 4/23- Fish, yellow grits, yellow rice, collard greens, peas & carrots

Tues, 4/24- Crystal's Chicken alfredo, salad

Wed, 4/25- Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn

Thurs, 4/26- Chicken stew

Fri, 4/27- Pizza night

Sat, 4/28- Fried chicken, rice, gravy, green beans

Here's our menu for this week...

Sunday, 4/8 (Easter)- Fried chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, scalloped corn, beets and collard greens

Monday, 4/9- Chicken enchiladas, Mexican Rice with corn

Tuesday, 4/10- Leftovers!

Wednesday, 4/11- Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, collard greens, peas and carrots

Thursday, 4/12- Lemon pepper chicken, Rice Pilaf, steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots

Friday, 4/13- Pizza

Saturday, 4/14- Our homeschool group's International Dinner

Here's our menu for this week...

Sun 3/11- Ham, baked beans and macaroni and cheese

Mon 3/12- Baked chicken breasts, steamed veggies, rice

Tues 3/13- Hoppin Reber (like Hoppin John but made with black beans instead of black eyed peas..named after my daughter who loves it so!), dirty rice (for those that don't care for Hoppin Reber), green beans

Wed 3/14- Scalloped potatoes with leftover ham, corn

Thurs 3/15- Salmon, cornbread, yellow rice, salad

Fri 3/16- Pizza

Sat 3/17- Chicken stew

I am so proud of myself....I completed a menu!! I have struggled with this in the past...but with this pregnancy, I am trying to be more on top of things...so someone else can look at a glance and know what to make. Also, to save on trips to shop for food. I am down to twice a month, with the first trip being a major purchase, the second trip being little things we have run out of, and produce.

So, here is my menu for Jan 28th to Feb 3rd

Sunday 1/28- Chicken and dumplings

Monday 1/29- Meatball subs, oven fries and salad

Tuesday 1/30- Chicken, baked beans, macaroni salad, collard greens

Wednesday 2/1- Crock pot roast, ptotatoes, carrots. Also rolls made the day before

Thursday 2/2- Salmon, yellow rice, cornbread, green beans

Friday 2/3- Homemade pizza

Saturday 2/4- Burgers, fries, corn, collard greens
