I have learned some profound truths while living on this little hobby farm, and feel I sure share my rich knowledge with others.
- When one finds eggs in the barn while milking and other tasks, one should not put those eggs in her pockets while finishing other chores. The results could be....well, you can guess, I'm sure!
- One should not
attempt to give injections to the livestock after one has handled olive
oil. Syringes tend to need a steady hand, and an oil slick weilding a
needle on an unwilling goat is dangerous to say the least. (for all
parties involved!)
