16 oz hot distilled water
1 ½ tsp rubbing alcohol

Heat water, mix in alcohol and away you go. Hot water works the best, but it will work with warm or room temp water. Of all the things I've tried this one has been the best.

What a neat idea I found here: http://pokeberrykitchen.blogspot.com/2008/02/coupon-sorting-mat.html .  When I have finished clipping my coupons, I sort them into piles according to how I'm going to organize them.  This coupon mat can be made easily, and stored with your coupons.  Take a look at the link above for a picture and ideas on making your own.
