Anyone who has family with allergies knows how hard it can be to make huge diet changes.  Especially if you have children!

I would like to put together a ebook full of gluten free recipes.  This ebook will be FREE for everyone, but I need your help to make it happen! 

If you have tried and true gluten free recipes that are your own and you would like to share them for this book,  that would help so much!

When you do get this put together, please let me know. I have a dear friend who desperately needs some recipes to work with. She is not very creative in the kitchen, and would love something to help her out cooking for her children with allergies.

Recipe you're looking for? I have several friends that have gluten, wheat, whey, dairy free diets for their families. I can probably get you some recipes from them.
