Simple Women's Daybook

Outside My Window…this morning when I rose it was still dark and the air was filled with Fog, lots of Fog. I can hear the horses trampling about but I could not see them. The kittens were meowing outside my window, I really wanted to let them in but I knew I just couldn't. I have been breathing so much better since we put them out and I just can't afford to go backwards.
I am thinking…about all that I have planned for our first day back to school. Today is the kick-off. I have worked this morning on the final touches and look forward to a great day.
I am thankful for…the Lord allowing me to be a homeschooling mother. I love to spend the time with my children and learn right along with them.
From the kitchen…I can smell the coffee that is just about done brewing!
I am wearing…today I am wearing my orange T-shirt and my black capri's
I am creating… when school is finished I will be creating new posts on my website. I have so much to catch everyone up on.
I am going…nowhere today. Just schooling away!
I am reading…My bible, Seasons of a Mother's Heart by Sally Clarkson.
I am hoping…to get things ready for tomorrows lessons tonight so that I can play in the morning instead of waking up early to be sure I am prepared. I just want to be ready and organized. HELP ME JESUS!
I am hearing…The whirl of the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and the clicking of the keys on the keyboard. The singing of crickets and the croaking of frogs. Ahhh God is all around me!
Around the house…we have every type of fan running since the air conditioner is still not working.
One of my favorite things…Cute MICE, Cuddly Mice, brown mice, white mice, and umm did I say Mice!! :-)
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week: Preparing for our Teddy Bear Picnic on Tuesday, making Hot cross buns on Thursday, homeschool group Thursday afternoon, somehow fitting in a special something in honor of 9/11
Here is picture thought I am sharing....
This is a picture of a Tea Blossom. It is called Friendship. I made this tea when I was with my dear friend Laurie on our wacky weekend holiday. It was so pretty and the tea was good too.
To get Blooming Teas go HERE! They are wonderful tasting, beautiful to see and not real expensive.!
WHAT's IN YOUR DAY BOOK?
