God's Pharmacy (from my inbox)

Posted in Healthy Living

It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish... all before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when eaten raw.  We're such slow learners...

God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our body!

God's Pharmacy! Amazing!

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... and YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lynchpin and are indeed pure heart and blood food.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums.  Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.

Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

\Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this?  It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).

Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.

Sweet potatoes look similar to regular potatoes, but they are not closely related.Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.

Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries

Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.

Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the
body.

Using Citrus!

Posted in Healthy Living

I have not been blogging much for the past week - I have tweeked my back and so I am moving around slowly.  Anyway,  I just wanted to share a new friend I made through a tote bag swap.  Her name is Jennifer and can be found at the following link - http://www.doublenickelfarm.blogspot.com/  Today she had a great post on using Citrus - as a Californian and orange trees growing, I love to find uses for their peels, etc.  We get soooooo many and if they fall to the ground, citrus mold!  I am very allergic to the mold - so we need to use.

Blessings,

Flossie

Living Healthy

I found this information on the web about Hydrogen Peroxide.

 Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen Peroxide Uses
(The 3% kind from the local grocery store)

Hydrogen Peroxide is described as an effective anti-viral, antibacterial, and anti-fungal agent.

Our body makes hydrogen peroxide to fight infection. It must be present for our immune system to function correctly. One type of white blood cell (Leukocytes) called the neutrophil, produces hydrogen peroxide as the first line of defense against toxins, parasites, bacteria, viruses and yeast. This peroxide acts on these toxins to fill them so much with oxygen that they burst and are killed. Sickness and tumors are generally oxygen-hating growths which thrive in oxygen-poor bodies.

Thousands of experiments have been done over the decades in support of using hydrogen peroxide for various medical maladies. One good book I’ve read on H2O2 is, Hydrogen Peroxide Medical Miracle by William Campbell Douglass, MD (See Media Review in the November 2007newsletter).

Cancer: One of my mentors suggests taking hydrogen peroxide orally to help overcome cancer. You should work with someone who knows how to test for dosage to get the correct dose for you. Too much can cause nausea and cause you to vomit and there are some animals (like the dog) who can’t take hydrogen peroxide in certain ways.

Get rid of blood spots: If there is blood on clothing, pour directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with cold water. Wash as usual and the blood spot will not be there when you’re done. Repeat if necessary.

Mouthwash, canker sores and tooth whitener:

As a Toothpaste and Toothbrush soak: Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of peroxide to keep them free of germs. Fluoride is an enzymatic poison and is very harmful when swallowed. Whereas water has only one to ten parts per million Fluoride in it, toothpaste contains 1000 parts per million. Fluoride can cause ulcerative colitis. One researcher in London found that laboratory rats absorbed the polystyrene particles into the veins of the intestinal tract and that they reached the liver. It would only make sense that aluminum, silicon, titanium and insoluble additives often used as fillers in toothpaste and cheap nutritional supplements would also be absorbed. These additives are found in the lesions of people with Crohn’s disease. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out.

Clean your counters, table tops and food preparation surfaces: Many industries use food grade (35% H2O2, but the 3% kind will do just fine to kill germs and leave a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe, or spray it on the counters. Note: Using the food-grade version will burn your skin upon direct content.  After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it to kill
salmonella and other bacteria.

Fungal infections: Spray a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water on it every night and let dry.

Wounds: Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten minutes several times a day. Even works on gangrene one source says.

Vaginal yeast infections: Put two capfuls into a douche to prevent yeast infections. Some people use vinegar for this, but vinegar is toxic for Blood Type O people.

Shower disinfectant: Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will.

Sinus infections: Try a bit in your Neti Pot when you have a cold or sinus infection. Film clip on How to use a neti pothttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzK9Gn4E_Eg&eurl=

Use it as bleach in your laundry:  You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them.

Vegetable wash: Use as a vegetable wash or soak to kill bacteria and neutralize chemicals.

Toxic Mold: Clean with hydrogen peroxide when your house becomes a biohazard after it’s invaded by toxic mold, such as those with water damage.

Water Purifier: Throughout the world hydrogen peroxide is used instead of chlorine as a safer and eco-friendly municipal water purifier. Some use H2O2 in pools and spas.

I have used for years to dry up small wounds on animals and myself.  Also for tough acne - my brother swears by this.  So for all you fans of hydrogfen peroxide - this one was for you!
