Groceries

The price of groceries is not cheap!  According to the news, it's not going to get any better.  Now is a great time to start that price book.

Just keep track of how much you pay for certain items at the stores you shop at.  Keep your little book with you.  When shopping check your book to make sure that you are getting the lowest price. 

My book contains prices of the four separate grocery stores that I shop at, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and Walmart.

Don't you hate it when you buy something and find it cheaper at the next store!?!

You know what I really hate? It's when I find something new and try it, and like it. I purchase it a few more times and then the price skyrockets. This was most recently happened with a coffee creamor made by Community. I purchased this new item for $1.99, they even had a coupon for a $1 off. We all loved it. A few weeks later, after they had me hooked on the stuff, the price jumped to almost $4. They can keep it for that price. LOL.
I use to love to grocery shop, now I hate it. I mean there is no sense to have to pay almost $3 for a dozen of eggs or $5 for a gallon of milk. And don't even get me started on meats............Kitty
