Looking for a pattern

I've made diapers for my daughter who is 2, but I'm thinking ahead to when she'll be potty training (hopefully soon), and I was wondering if any of you knew of any patterns for some training underwear? You know the thick padded ones but pull on and off like underwear. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
