Blessed Birthday

Friday was my birthday, and what a blessing it really was. It was my 28th. I spent the day doing my regular to do's, and even managed to go pick some beautiful fragrant flowers to set on the table. When hubby got home, he got busy fixing dinner for me with the help of the kids. And I'm not just talking sandwiches, he made a layered chicken enchilada baked dish with spanish rice. He also bought me a cheesecake and some candles. His gift was a beautiful new mat to sit in front of my kitchen sink, and a paula dean candle.

Then my parents came by, and my little brother had bought me a dozen roses, isn't that so sweet?!? He also got me a new nightgown and robe set, which I desperately needed. My mom made me a fall arrangement for my dining table. And another cheesecake. It was such a wonderful and special day for me and my family.
