Thank you everyone for such a huge welcome. I truly believe women need women and that there is so much we can give each other. I am enjoying reading all of what each of you shares and hope to share more as time allows. Our computer is my husbands work laptop so, it leaves with him everyday. I will be 12wks on Tuesday and have my 2nd dr's appt. For several previous pregnancies I was known for avoiding the doctor till at least the 17th week. My former Dr. in WA understood and told me it was normal to feel that way.(I have had 3 miscarriages) I am now with my 2nd Dr in Idaho and am thrilled that I made the change. It is not worth it to keep going to a Dr. anytime especially when you are pregnant and dread going. So, with the change I resolved to go in earlier. I am hoping that the fatigue will pass, and so are our children:). Our oldest daughter and I are in the same boat except that she is due a month later than I am. We have sympathy for each other. On Saturday she called up and asked what I was cooking and wondered if they could come over for dinner. She was too tired to cook. I am so happy that she felt she could ask. This is our 3rd time having children together. I love being a grandma Our family is praying about going to Romania. Anyone been there? For us to go and stay for a few years would be a complete miracle. |

A friend of mine mentioned Homesteading the other evening and a little bit about it. I had no idea there was anything like this. I am a mom to seven stepmom to one with another child due this fall. I am so excited to find something like this and hope to learn so much from many of you. |
