We have made it to 37 weeks and doing well.

Expecting

We are expecting a new baby in May 2008. Please pray that our subchorionic hemorrhage completely resolves. And that we deliver a healthy baby in May 2008.

New Ventures

We don't have books this season yet. We are fully utilizing our public library.

I'd really love to have Abeka Algebra 1 teachers edition from last year. Most subjects are tedious to prepare but easy to teach except algebra. There is so much online to help us too.
School is very challenging with a 15 month old in the house. Especially a climber like mine.

We are doing school with my 3 year old. He is our official preschooler. He loves school.
My 12 year old dyslexic son is doing very well!
My 9 year old son is distracted but also doing well.
My boys need to do physical work daily before they can sit still long enough to really listen.
Boys are different creatures.

Declutter Mode

I am in declutter mode. I should be taking before and after pictures.
I am trying really hard to be happy in my small home. Others are constantly telling me
we have too many people in our small house. I think the problem is too much stuff and clutter ..
not people. So here I go again.
I am in the process of trying to find some nontoxic paint. I have an allergy to latex so I am assuming I cannot paint with latex paint in my home. I want to start with the bathroom. I want to retile the floors and paint. Make new curtains. And rearrange the closet shelves, maybe take out the old and put in new ones that are more efficient, better use of space.
I so want my home to be a place of peace. I start now working on that.

Exciting

In declutter mode again. I can't believe after all I have shipped out already..how much stuff I keep finding to box up and give away. We are looking for someone to take our old Kimball piano. I guess we need to put an ad in the paper because we have been asking around for months and no one has requested one and I am just ready to get it out of the house. With having Noah 4 weeks ago we neglected gardening this year so all we have is a lone tomato plant that is hanging on. Maybe next year?
