My missions trip!

 My parents will be home in a few hours from taking a little vacation. They went to the beach for a couple of days. We've been busy while they've been gone. Before they left mom handed us a list of chores we needed to get done. Aside from doing school, keeping up on the house, making sure everything runs smoothly, we had some time to watch a couple movies. One of them was Mrs. Doubtfire. It was pretty funny.

  I leave to go on a mission’s trip in about 4 months. I'm so excited! I will be going to Africa! There's an orphanage in Egypt I will be going to. The mission’s trip is around 6 weeks or so. I don't know specific dates yet. A month of it will be spent on the field and the remainder of the time will be spent in boot camp and a debrief that is at the end.

  So, I know today is the day we try to guess who are Super Secret Angel is, but I really haven't a clue! If I do know who she is then she did a good job of keeping her identity a secret! lol...you've been a great SSA and I can't wait to know who you are!  

Well, I need to go finish making dinner!

Wow! A mission trip to Africa! That should be awesome! I'll pray for your boldness and for the people's hearts to be open. Hudson Taylor said the following to some missionaries that were going to China with him: "It's not the voyage that makes you a missionary." The mission trip dosn't start when you're IN Africa, it starts where you are! The airport, plane ride, everything! You never know who God is going to seat you by in the plane. Be bold in your witness!

Thats so cool you get to go on a mission trip!! I might be going on another one next month. This time it will be in the states tho. Theres a group going to NM to help out on an Indian Reservation and I might go along. =) Do you know what your going to be doing on the trip??

I just wanted to say hello and tell you that I'm your SSA. I do want to say sorry for not commenting enough. My computer is really slow and I'm the oldest of 6 kids. So there is 8 of us that have to take turns using this slow computer and it can get frustrating. And I am usually busy with school and work! It's crazy. lol.
